The Wood from the Trees

There is an awful lot of health advice out there and there is even more health info. A lot of people get hopelessly lost in the details of it all, become despondent and give up all together. How often have you heard the phrase &lsquot; If you believe what you read, everything is bad for you.' The trouble is, the human body is vastly complex and we are only just beginning to understand it. We are on the frontier of discovery and almost everyday you can pick up a newspaper and find some new study that shows something or other to do with our health. Pioneering health scientists choose one tiny little field and specialise in just that. A friend of mine, for example, has pretty much dedicated his career to the intracellular metabolic effects of Vitamin E. We are so complicated, specialising like this is the only way to get anywhere. It's no wonder the average guy gets lost in the trees and losses interest.

Keep It Simple
